[Current Commands]
!prop - Opens the Prop menu.
!vipprop Opens the VIP Prop menu.
!quickprop Instantly spawns a prop of your choice.
!vipquickprop Instantly spawns a VIP prop of your choice.
!quickpropreset Allows you to reset your Quick Prop selection.

[Current Version]
!prop v4.2.0
!vipprop 4.2.0

-added new quick prop functions
-some code improvements and restructuring
-fixed a typo

This has been added to the Dev server and will be added to all servers after some testing is done.

I removed the need for using !vipquickprop. Everyone can use !quickprop and if you're a VIP member it will send you the appropriate menu automatically.
