      -Decided to move first kill tracking to this mod instead.
      -Added variables for all sound events to make them easily modifiable and optional.
      -Restructured and optimized most of the code.

      In light of the recent optimizations I made to this mod, I decided to go ahead and get every useful event added. Although this isn't a complete recode I decided to designate it as v4 since 80% of the code has been restructured. I haven't added this version to the servers yet. I plan on adding many of the recent updates I've done all at once. Hopefully in the next week or less.


      -Added unlimited sound support for EVERY useful event in Source Engine.
      -Major code restructuring
      -Minor optimizations
      -Added 200+ new variables and updated the configs

      Some of the new sound events are things like:

      Player chat, picking up items, radio commands, flashbanged/blinded, firing weapons, taking/giving damage, fall damage, bomb picked up, dropped, planted, beep, defused, exploded, hostage damaged, killed, rescued, and many, many more.
