      This might need to be discussed later but I'd like to ask anyway. Will you be changing on how admin status (maybe VIPs) are obtained and kept? Subscription based, earned for playing or being part of community in addition to helping out? Those have been common ways to get admin in other communities and I think it works out pretty well.

      I played a couple rounds in the office server earlier and overall it ran smoothly. Just the no-block that was glitchy for me as I could pass through my teammate but it still slowed me down. It seemed like the game was pulling me back when I did that.

      Noticed that the server will choose another map regardless what players have voted for at the end of the round and I believe I know why.

      This happened to me early when I was running and testing a csgo server with another vote plugin and what I remember happening was that sourcemod was overwriting CSGOs native vote system and using its own map cycle. As you're probably aware, csgo built in game modes have their own set of map lists.

      You can problaby confirm this by typing "nextmap" and see what SM says and vote for something else. If I get the chance then I'll try it out.

      If you want to keep the native vote system in for now, try disabling SM nextmap.smx. That should solve this problem.

      This won't be an issue in css because it doesn't have a vote system, let alone game modes.

      Checked out the coop and guardian server with Watcher today and there are a few problems we noticed. Starting with the coop server...

      You may need to modify what maps are available when the players complete the map. Since there are only two official maps from Valve (but really one, since coop_cementplant was officially removed from the game files) I recommend disabling map voting and let the map repeat for now or add some workshop maps to the map cycle in the future.

      Moving onto the Guardian gamemode..

      Officially, guardian mode is no longer available (through the menu as far as I know) since it was a event operation from the past. I remember there being like 5 maps or so but now there are only two in game.
      Same issue as above, map votes lead to other gamemode type maps which breaks everything. Bots don't move unless you shoot first and buy zones simply don't work.

      You can also create custom server gamemode just for Guardian. I found this guide that may be of use for this. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfil.../?id=454825574. Make sure you are using the correct gamemode as well, in this case it would be cooperative.

      I also found link to get the actual maps used during the event, however some ingame maps are also used as mentioned in the guide above. Download the pack here. It also includes the deleted coop_cementplant.

      My votes on a Tf2 server. If you are setting for a particular game mode, then I'd say payload. Maps have the pl_ (not plr_) prefix.

      Even better. If I could make a suggestion for one server, have it set up for 24/7 Hightower (plr_hightower). Players seem to like to mess around in these servers with different item setups and for silly gameplay.

      I'd suggest having one man vs machine server as well in TF2. It's fun and also easier to get populated since we don't need as many people as we do in the payload mode for example.

      Make sure you don't use Valve matchmaking system by setting tf_mm_strict to 0 and tf_mm_servermode to 0. If you don't then it'll allow Valve to take control of the map cycle,any other settings you place and have players join from using Quickplay. Chances are they'll simply leave without a second thought. Better to have our own map cycle with custom maps in addition to the official ones.

      It's a very simple game mode but extremely fun. Would be perfect to have our own so we can just simply hop in and play.
