I'll be posting skins that I convert here from now on. Just something I do on my free time so don't expect huge amount of posts in a short time frame.

Fully tested on Steam CSS. Some tweaking needed on the grenade/pistol position but other than everything seems to work just fine. May test on v34 if there's enough interest. Included a blooper screenshot with a buddy of mine. (THANKS)

Ignore the pink gloves, that's been fixed.

I think I finally fixed it. I removed the any bones that weren't being used the by game and weighted the remains to other bones (in this case, fingers). In addition, I added the missing bones to the rig and matched it to how valve positions them. Also added a slightly bigger collision model; it was using the default valve mesh. May adjust & trim the hitbox sizes later.

I made sure to test every animation and attachment to see if it would crash my game, including killing myself to see the ragdoll in action. Skin is set server side, not client side. Didn't crash a single time using the latest compile. What a hassle lol.

Also Cadi, if you'd like me to move this sort of stuff into another thread then please just say so.

Back with another quick conversion. Not much to fix on this one, collision model worked fine so I didn't mess with it:

- Fixed no shadows
- Tweaked chest & head hitbox ever so slightly
- Added needed weapon bones




There originally was a CSS model already, but I wasn't able to find it online, so I just converted this one. No crashing so far with other players. Big thanks to Watcher for helping me take screenshots.

I know everyone has been waiting for a long time for this skin to be added. I definitely didn't spend 2 hours trying to fix a problem just to able to post this dumb joke.

WOW that is so badass, Big Smoke and plaque doctor, lmao I asked you a little how to model and use crowbar and mdldecompiler but didnt get an answer so I dropped this modelling thing alltogether and decided to go another way... there arent many good tuts out there on how to convert FBX files to obj then smd and then MDL lol. too crazy shit and Im done with trying for now. BUT NICE TO SEE YOURS!!!
